This scale is a continuum of 1-7, where a “1” indicates that you never demonstrated this behavior under any circumstances, a “4” indicates that you demonstrated this behavior to a moderate or average extent, and a “7” indicates that you demonstrated this behavior at all times and under all circumstances.
